    Do the Right Thing Right!

Today is a tough day, although I think I can play a role I expected to be, unfortunately, in the end, I didn't.

Right now, my mood is a bit down, however, through today's experience, I did learn a good lesson, that is: Earn Respect, You Must Add Big Value! Well, you may laugh at my learnings, and the turth is I know this principle long time ago as well, however, before some things really strike you in your job, you actually just can not feel the importance of this saying that strongly.

In the past half year, I am trying to finish my job successfully, in the other words, do the things right. And I thought this will help me to earn big respect within the organization. Well, half year passed, I did finish many tasks, and before today, I think I did a good job and I become eager to wait for my expected results happening. However, the fact disappointed me.

Then I am sitting down in my cubicle, thinking back to all those things I put effort on. Gradually, seems I begin to understand why this is occured. Doing the thing right just can make sure you are not making mistake, but that doesn't mean that you did something great. In order to let ohters respect you and willing to listen to you, you must do right things and of course in a right way. That is: Do the right things right!

Doing the right things means doing something that has big imparct and can create big value. Most of our daily jobs are just 'things', they are not wrong, and not right neither. By just finishing your daily jobs successfully, you actually can not create big value to the organization, because people can not really see the changes or impact of your jobs. So if you want to play big, you must find right things and to do it in a right way.

The big challenge here is to find a right thing. What kind of things that can really cause big impact to large group? And what kind to things can really create big values to the organization. Maybe my level is too junior to think about that, but I beileve that it does not matter how junior I am, I still can do right things and play big.

Well, easier said than done. I know this gonna be a long tough period for me before I earn all the respect that I expected to have within the organization. But I am willing to try. Anyway, just two results, success or failure. If I win, I am gonna to enjoy my working enviornment with fully respect; and I lose, another big lesson in my life, actually I have nothing to lose, I am YOUNG, I can start again from where I fall down!

    So Keep Fighting!
